At NFL Shirt, our football-inspired shirts, T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and other apparel are produced through a Print-on-Demand (POD), made-to-order production process. Your estimated delivery timeline includes both the time required to produce your item and the time required for the shipping carrier to deliver it.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Production time begins after your order and payment have been successfully confirmed. Because NFL Shirt products are made to order, each item must complete production before it can be shipped.
Shipping time begins when your package is handed over to the carrier, not when the order is originally placed. Our normal estimated shipping time is 6–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, peak shopping periods, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Made-to-Order Production
NFL Shirt operates primarily through a Print-on-Demand production model. Production begins after your order is placed and confirmed, and your apparel is prepared according to the product, design, size, garment color, quantity, and personalization options selected during checkout. We do not mass-produce every finished printed design in advance, which is why production time is calculated separately from shipping time.
Production Time
Most NFL Shirt orders require approximately 3–5 business days for Print-on-Demand production, artwork preparation, printing, applicable quality checks, and packaging before shipment.
Shipping Time
After production is complete, standard shipping normally requires approximately 6–10 business days. Shipping time is separate from the 3–5 business day production period.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will normally be included in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your package online.

We ship throughout all 50 U.S. states and to many international destinations. Shipping availability, rates, and actual transit times may vary depending on destination, fulfillment location, customs requirements, and carrier availability.
Shipping Carriers
Depending on your destination and fulfillment location, orders may be shipped through USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, local postal services, regional carriers, or other domestic and international logistics partners.
Tracking Updates
Please allow approximately 24–48 hours for tracking information to begin updating after your shipping label is created or your package is transferred to the carrier.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production may begin shortly after an order is received, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Requests should be submitted within 4 hours after ordering on business days or within 12 hours after ordering on weekends. Once the applicable period has passed, your order may already have entered production and may no longer be eligible for modification or cancellation.

Delivery Delays
Our normal estimated delivery timeframe is 9–15 business days, consisting of approximately 3–5 business days for production and 6–10 business days for shipping. Peak shopping seasons, holidays, severe weather, unusually high Print-on-Demand production volume, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, international logistics issues, or local delivery restrictions may occasionally result in longer delivery times.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping information before completing checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in delivery delays, failed delivery, or the package being returned to sender.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipping processing. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of incorrect or incomplete information submitted during checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges imposed by the destination country or region. These charges are determined by local authorities and are generally the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated during checkout.
NFL Shirt does not control customs fees, import regulations, inspections, or customs-processing times. Customs clearance may result in additional delivery delays. For specific information regarding customs duties, taxes, or import requirements, please contact your local customs authority.
Multiple Packages
Because an order containing multiple products may be produced or fulfilled by different Print-on-Demand facilities, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages or on different dates. Separate tracking numbers may be provided when available.
